Flu season slow to peak Truckee Times “Our six sentinel providers (doctors) have reported 42 people with flu -like symptoms , which is (a county average) of 1.2 percent, well below the 3.9 percent regional baseline,” said Phil Ulibarri, spokesman for the Washoe County Health District.
